Young social media stars, especially those on TikTok, are living the life posting videos online and making as much as $250,000 per post. But to make their platforms even bigger, groups of these Gen-Z stars are moving in together to gain more followers and pool their resources. The Hype House, founded by TikTok-ers Daisy Keech, Chase Hudson (aka lilhuddy), Thomas Petrou, Alex Warren, and Kouvr Annon, is a collective of rising stars living in a luxurious mansion. Their first location was a stunning $3.6 million mansion in Encino, California, with huge winding staircases and an interior courtyard. Taking inspiration from Jake Paul’s Team 10 house, the stars eventually moved on to an even bigger place– a $9 million mansion with a resort-style pool, games room, and even a disco room. Members of the collaborative social media group are definitely living the life in these new headquarters, with former members like Addison Rae, Charli D’Amelio, and Dixie D’Amelio seeing their net worths all rise to above $2 million after joining the Hype House.
However, living with up to 20 roommates isn’t easy. One former member, Daisy Keech, even sued the Hype House after being denied co-founder rights. She went off and started her own collective called clubhouse in Beverly Hills. The location was a massive $23 million mansion that costs almost $50,000 a month to rent. Here’s a tour of these massive TikTok homes, as well as how much money the stars have earned living and working together.
