The answer is simple. Illegal aliens broke our laws the moment they stepped foot on American soil without permission. They should be sent home immediately.

For too long, Democrats have twisted our legal system to protect foreign criminals over hardworking American families. The Supreme Court has already ruled that illegal aliens within 100 miles of our border do not get the same due process rights as American citizens. This is the law of the land.

Think about it this way. If someone breaks into your house, do you give them a trial before kicking them out? Of course not. When someone illegally enters our country, they are trespassing on American soil.

The 14th Amendment was written to protect Americans, not foreign invaders. It grants due process to citizens and legal residents, not people who snuck across our border in the dead of night. The Founding Fathers never intended for criminals to get more rights than the people they are harming.

President Trump understands this. The expedited removal laws give our government the power to quickly deport illegal aliens without endless court hearings. We cannot hold 21 million trials for every single person who broke our immigration laws.

Meanwhile, American families are suffering. Our schools are overcrowded, our hospitals are overwhelmed, and our communities are less safe. Yet liberals care more about protecting gang members and drug dealers than protecting American children.

The alien enemies act gives our president even more power during times of invasion. And make no mistake, this is an invasion. Millions of people have poured across our border illegally, bringing crime, drugs, and chaos to our neighborhoods.

It is time to put America first. Send them home now, and let them apply for legal entry like everyone else. Our country belongs to Americans, not to anyone who decides to walk across our border uninvited.
