Epstein Files: Process Must Unfold to Reveal the Truth, Says Expert

The ongoing saga of Jeffrey Epstein continues to cast a long shadow over the political landscape, making it clear that this story is far from finished. President Trump, wanting to get things sorted and quiet the political ruckus stirred by Epstein’s name, has taken a bold step. He has instructed the Justice Department to release all grand jury testimony concerning Epstein, but with a caveat—everything must pass court approval first. Trump added a cheeky remark about how troublemakers and “radical left lunatics” would find ever more to complain about, suggesting that no matter how much is revealed, it would never satisfy his detractors.

This directive from the President comes on the heels of a rather curious report from the Wall Street Journal, which claims that back in 2003, he sent Epstein a rather provocative birthday letter for his 50th. As if this wouldn’t raise eyebrows, there is no physical evidence of this letter yet. Trump has fiercely denied the claims, labeling them as false, malicious, and defamatory. He’s hit back hard—filing a whopping $10 billion lawsuit against Rupert Murdoch, News Corp, and others involved in the report. And can you believe how quickly the media circus responded? As soon as the report broke, it sent ripples through the conservative community, prompting many to question why the letter wasn’t highlighted sooner in discussions about Trump’s ties to Epstein.

Interestingly enough, despite all the noise, Trump’s approval rating among Republicans appears to be on the rise. CNN’s latest poll reports that 88% of Republicans approve of him, up from 86% previously, while Quinnipiac has even higher numbers, showing a stunning 90% approval. It seems that the drip-drip of scandal has not dented their loyalty. Instead, a significant portion of Trump supporters seem to be rallying behind him, more convinced than ever that the left is grasping at straws in an attempt to discredit him.

The situation raises a poignant question: if Epstein was so significant to Democrats, why didn’t they seek full transparency during their control over Congress? Back when they had the House, Senate, and even the White House, the justice department could have chased this down, but it seems they were more concerned with other issues of the moment. As it stands, now that Republicans have the majority, a good chunk of viewers is left wondering why the House hasn’t produced the infamous Epstein list or seriously confronted the shady dealings surrounding the case.

The narrative from the left suggests a grand cover-up, but it doesn’t hold much weight for the average Republican. Trump’s push for an investigation into Epstein’s dealings long before his presidency shows he was concerned about this issue back when it was not a political advantage. His team isn’t filled with people willing to sacrifice their reputations just for the sake of shielding sex offenders. While the left spins stories, regular folks just want the truth. Letting the process unfold may take some time, but as the saying goes, the truth will eventually sprout—it just might take a little while in today’s turbulent political garden.
