Gen Kellogg: Negotiation with These Guys Is Impossible

The Democrats seem to have developed a peculiar obsession with winning the war in Ukraine while conveniently forgetting about the threat from Iran. It seems they’re more interested in scoring political points than addressing all the threats that genuinely need attention. It’s almost as if they enjoy ignoring the Iranian elephant in the room. Meanwhile, General Keith Kellogg, a seasoned former national security adviser, doesn’t miss a beat in pointing out their selective focus. He compares the situation with Iran to playing a sports game where letting the opposing team hang around is just asking for trouble. The longer you let them linger, the more dangerous they become.

General Kellogg argues that it’s time to stop negotiating with Iran. He insists that dictating the terms is the only way forward, as it is practically a war going on right now. Kellogg is clear on his strategy: decapitation of leadership. No, we’re not talking about using swords—this is a figurative approach. Taking out high-ranking Iranian leaders, like Vahedi or Araghchi, he suggests, would destabilize their regime and give the U.S. the upper hand. It’s a frightening game of chess, where you knock out the important pieces one by one until they’re critically weakened.

Kellogg also proposes an audacious plan to take Kharg Island and Larak Island, valuable strategic points in the Gulf, to snag some leverage over Iran. It’s like holding onto a rival’s toy and saying, “You can have it back when I decide—or never.” And, just for fun, maybe the U.S. should consider helping the Iranian people organize a resistance. The general believes this would empower the citizens to rise against the theocratic regime. Apparently, the U.S. has successfully executed similar tactics in Afghanistan. Game on, Iran.

Bringing up some war wisdom, Kellogg highlights that victory isn’t just about air strikes. It’s boots on the ground that make the real difference. Drawing from his Gulf War experience, he notes that it wasn’t until American troops were physically present in Kuwait and Iraq that significant progress was made. There’s an undeniable truth in his words that watching bombs fall from the sky is like watching endless reruns of a show you’ve grown tired of—action without conclusion is a dull affair.

Finally, General Kellogg urges the President to rally the American people for the final push. After all, this isn’t just about today’s generation—it’s about securing a safe future for the kids and grandkids. A nuclear Iran would wreak havoc in the Middle East, throwing the entire region into disarray. Americans aren’t afraid of some hard talk, and it might be time to let them in on the plan. It’s a no-nonsense call to action, straightforward enough that even those engrossed in reality TV can understand. Are the Democrats listening? It’s time for some hard truths and bold moves to wrap this up once and for all.
