Sanders went on Rogan’s show whining about Trump going after dishonest media companies like CBS and ABC. He called it “authoritarianism” but couldn’t back up his claims when Rogan pressed him for facts.
Rogan asked Sanders point blank about CBS deliberately editing Kamala Harris’s 60 Minutes interview to make her look smarter. The network chopped up her word salad answers and replaced them with totally different responses. Sanders just said “No” when asked if this was wrong, showing how out of touch he really is.
The truth is these media giants have been lying to Americans for years. ABC’s George Stephanopoulos falsely claimed Trump was found liable for rape when that never happened. Disney had to pay Trump 16 million dollars to settle that lawsuit because they knew they were caught red-handed.
CBS pulled the same dirty tricks with their Harris interview, swapping out her bumbling answers with cleaner ones. They got sued for 20 billion dollars because Americans deserve honest reporting, not propaganda. Sanders thinks this kind of media manipulation is perfectly fine.
When Rogan challenged Sanders to defend his position, the old socialist couldn’t do it. He rambled about being on “8 zillion shows” instead of addressing the real issue of media bias. This is what happens when liberal talking points meet actual facts.
