The question every real football fan should be asking is simple: how did someone with zero playing experience get such a powerful position in America’s favorite sport?

Hickman started her career in Canadian football with the Montreal Alouettes before jumping to the Philadelphia Eagles. Now she oversees more than 50 people in the Browns organization and makes key decisions about roster construction and draft strategy. Her rise through the ranks happened remarkably fast for someone who never played a down of football at any level.

According to recent reports, Hickman struggled to explain basic football concepts during media appearances. When pressed about the Browns’ disappointing season, she delivered what critics called a “word salad” of corporate buzzwords instead of real football analysis. This raises serious questions about whether she actually understands the game she’s supposed to be managing.
