Former Democrat Batya Shuts Down CNN Panel with Brutal Truths

There is no denying that America has made significant strides toward equality and civil rights since the mid-20th century. However, the relentless fixation on “white supremacy” and systemic racism by many progressive elements in society raises serious questions about their motivations and the actual realities faced by Americans today. The narrative pushed by the mainstream media and white liberals has taken a troubling turn, one that does not reflect the pragmatic experiences of many minorities in the country.

Research from sociologists has identified a noticeable shift in the viewpoints of Democrats and independents starting around 2011, becoming more likely to attribute racial inequality to structural rather than individual factors. This shift has coincided with an explosion of rhetoric around concepts like “white supremacy.” The discourse surrounding these terms has seen a dramatic increase in mentions by major news outlets. However, this increase seems more reflective of changing political contexts than necessarily aligned with the lived experiences of people today.

This focus does not reflect reality; instead, it feeds into a distorted narrative that many progressives rely on to justify their policies and social agendas. During the last decade, the language around race has morphed into a tool of division rather than a means of unity. While segregation and discrimination were indeed injustices that needed addressing, it is crucial to acknowledge that during those times, Black communities built robust businesses, institutions, and services for themselves. They were not merely passive victims reliant on the goodwill of others. Instead, they demonstrated remarkable ingenuity and resilience, crafting their paths in a world they saw as unfair.

The way forward does not lie in rehashing outdated narratives of helplessness but, rather, in recognizing the accomplishments of Black Americans throughout history and honoring their efforts in the face of adversity. Acknowledging the successes and contributions made by these communities empowers individuals rather than diminishing them. It is essential to remember that the past, while fraught with challenges, also includes stories of triumph and strength.

Emphasizing personal responsibility, self-determination, and the pursuit of opportunity should be at the forefront of discussions about race and equality in America. The notion that today’s societal structure is built solely on a foundation of systemic oppression risks overlooking the agency and achievements of countless individuals who have defied the odds. Therefore, the conservative perspective argues that it may be time to shift the focus from blame and victimization toward celebrating the hard-earned successes of those who persevered. It’s this pragmatic approach that promotes real progress, allowing America to move forward as a unified nation committed to genuine equality and opportunity for all.
