Michaels never defended slavery, but CNN host Abby Phillip lied and said she did.
The whole mess started when Michaels appeared on CNN to talk about Trump’s smart move to clean up our national museums. She correctly pointed out that Trump isn’t trying to erase slavery from history. Instead, he wants to stop the left from using our museums to bash America and make white kids feel guilty about things they never did.
Michaels made a simple point that any honest person would agree with. Slavery has existed for thousands of years across all races and cultures. She never said slavery was good or tried to defend it. But the moment she suggested white people aren’t the only villains in history, CNN went crazy.
Host Abby Phillip completely misrepresented what Michaels said on the show. Then Phillip went on other shows and podcasts spreading lies about the conversation. She claimed Michaels just randomly brought up slavery and had to be educated about history. That’s a flat-out lie.
This is exactly why Americans don’t trust the mainstream media anymore. CNN’s ratings are in the toilet because they care more about pushing their woke agenda than telling the truth. They attack anyone who dares to question their anti-American narrative.
Michaels is absolutely right to call out CNN’s dishonest tactics. The network took her reasonable comments about historical context and turned them into fake racism charges. This is the same playbook they use against every conservative who challenges their lies.
Trump’s plan to review the Smithsonian is exactly what we need. Our national museums should celebrate American greatness, not tear down our history with leftist propaganda. Kids should learn about the heroes who fought to end slavery, not just endless guilt trips about America’s past mistakes.
Americans are sick of being lectured by CNN hosts who hate their own country. Jillian Michaels showed real courage by standing up to their lies and setting the record straight. More people need to follow her example and fight back against the media’s war on truth.
