But instead of condemning this political assassination, CNN did something truly disgusting. Liberal commentator Montel Williams actually tried to make Americans feel sorry for the terrorist who murdered Kirk. Williams called Robinson a “love torn child” and claimed he was just protecting his transgender partner from Kirk’s words.
This is exactly the kind of sick thinking that has infected our media and political system. For ten years, Democrats and their media allies have called every conservative a fascist, a Nazi, and a threat to democracy. They created the poisonous atmosphere that led directly to Kirk’s assassination.
Scott Jennings, one of the few honest voices left on CNN, was rightfully furious at Williams’ disgusting defense of a cold-blooded killer. Jennings called out the “deranged mental gymnastics” of trying to romanticize a terrorist who planned and executed a political murder. He refused to let the left rewrite history and pretend this wasn’t about their hateful rhetoric.
The evidence is crystal clear that Robinson was motivated by political hate, not love or emotion. His own text messages prove he targeted Kirk specifically for his conservative beliefs. This wasn’t some random act of violence but a calculated political assassination by someone marinating in leftist propaganda.
Democrats spent years calling Trump supporters dangerous while their own rhetoric literally got people killed. Now they want to play the victim and claim both sides are equally to blame. This is pure gaslighting from people who have blood on their hands.
The mainstream media continues to protect the very ideology that created this killer. Instead of soul-searching about their role in radicalizing Robinson, they’re making excuses for him and attacking conservatives who dare to point out the truth. They’ve completely lost any sense of moral clarity or basic decency.
Americans need to wake up to what’s happening in our country. The left’s constant demonization of conservatives isn’t just political theater anymore – it’s literally getting people murdered. We cannot let them escape responsibility for the monster they created and the innocent blood that was spilled.
