Another day, another liberal attacking hardworking Americans for wanting our laws followed. Some angry leftist is now calling us “elitist” for supporting immigration enforcement and even suggesting we should be deported for it. This is the kind of backwards thinking that shows just how far the left has fallen from basic common sense.
America is a nation of laws, and that means something. When someone enters our country illegally, they are breaking federal law from day one. There is nothing elitist about expecting people to follow the same rules that millions of legal immigrants have followed for generations. Every other country on Earth enforces their borders, but somehow when America does it, we are the bad guys.
American citizenship means something special, and it should not be handed out like party favors. Our ancestors built this nation through blood, sweat, and sacrifice. Legal immigrants who wait their turn and follow our process deserve respect, not to be pushed aside by line-cutters who think rules don’t apply to them.
Mass immigration has always hurt American workers, especially Black Americans who already face higher unemployment rates. Union leaders and civil rights figures like Barbara Jordan understood this basic economic fact. When politicians talk about “jobs Americans won’t do,” they never explain which Americans don’t want to work. The truth is that cheap illegal labor undercuts wages for everyone.
The left loves to throw around words like “racist” and “elitist” to shut down debate, but their arguments fall apart under basic scrutiny. These same liberals live in gated communities and send their kids to private schools while lecturing working families about being welcoming. They never have to compete with illegal workers for jobs or deal with the real costs of mass illegal immigration.
President Trump’s deportation efforts targeted the worst criminals first, exactly as he promised during his campaign. Conservative Americans celebrated these actions because they made our communities safer. When you remove violent criminals who should never have been here in the first place, that is not racism – that is basic government responsibility.
Enforcing immigration law is not about hate or prejudice. It is about fairness, safety, and respect for the legal process that built our nation. Every sovereign country has the right and duty to control who enters and under what conditions. Americans are not elitist for expecting their government to do its most basic job.
Any American who thinks we should be deported for supporting our own laws has lost touch with reality. We are proud patriots who believe in America first, and we will never apologize for putting our citizens before foreign lawbreakers. That is not privilege – that is patriotism, and it is exactly what this country needs more of.
