The mainstream media refuses to tell you the truth about what’s really happening with crime in America. While CNN and other liberal outlets push fear and division, the real numbers show something completely different. Crime is actually dropping across the country, and it’s happening for reasons they don’t want to admit.
Homicides are down 17 percent this year compared to last year. Gun crimes dropped 21 percent and robberies fell 20 percent. Even carjackings plummeted by 24 percent in cities across America. These are real numbers that represent real families who are safer today.
The timing of this crime drop is no accident. President Trump started enforcing immigration laws that were already on the books, and the results speak for themselves. ICE arrests have more than doubled in many cities, and communities are seeing the benefits. When we actually enforce our laws, criminals get the message.
Liberal mayors like Lori Lightfoot in Chicago spent years blaming everyone else for their crime problems. They pointed fingers at red states and made excuses while their own citizens suffered. Meanwhile, they refused federal help and fought against common-sense law enforcement policies.
The media won’t tell you that immigration arrests topped 300,000 this year alone. They won’t connect the dots between strong border enforcement and safer neighborhoods. Instead, they keep pushing the same tired narratives that divide Americans and ignore the facts.
Some cities are even caught manipulating their crime statistics to make things look better than they are. Experts say there’s plenty of wiggle room in how crimes get reported and counted. This makes it even harder for Americans to know what’s really happening in their communities.
The formula for reducing crime isn’t complicated. Give law enforcement the respect and resources they need to do their jobs. Enforce the laws we already have instead of making excuses. Support police officers instead of attacking them at every turn.
These improvements didn’t happen because of new laws or fancy programs. They happened because we finally had leaders willing to enforce existing laws and support our police. When criminals know they’ll face real consequences, they think twice before committing crimes. It’s that simple.
