Boelter was a failing man with big dreams. He lied about owning a security company. It was all just a fantasy. He couldn’t even run his own life right.

This murderer traveled far and wide. He went to Africa and the Middle East. He even badmouthed America overseas. He trashed our values and our way of life.

Cops found guns and cash in his wife’s car. They also found passports ready to go. It looks like he planned to run. He wanted to escape after his evil deeds.
