You could almost bet a lawsuit would be hurtling through the courts faster than a New York minute. After all, aren’t there some pesky laws about discrimination that could come into play? Yet, ever the pragmatist, Sanders is content to leave fate to the market, betting that fairness and decency will triumph in the end. The failure of the previous eatery that shunned her is testament enough to that belief.
